John and Mary had the most beautiful and classic wedding at Grand Island Vineyards in Walnut Grove. This was the first Armenian wedding I had ever photographed but I surely hope it’s not the last! The traditions I was able to witness and capture are so unique and different to what I’m used to but I enjoyed every minute learning all about their culture. I loved when Mary and John had coincidentally written basically the same vows about how they met and it being love at first sight. It was so cute how they both mentioned identical parts of that date that they loved the most. Honestly when I’m photographing wedding ceremonies I get so invested in my couples that I truly feel emotional when they recite their vows.
Grand Island Vineyards is truly Luxurious! It has beautiful manicured grounds and the perfect dance space. Oh ya did I mention they know how to dance and party with their friends and family??
