If I’m available for your date, we’ll schedule a call to determine if we’re a good fit before sending over a proposal and deposit information!

Fill out my inquiry form to receive an investment guide and booking information. I’ll get back to you with more details within 24 hours!

A few months before your date, I’ll send an in-depth questionnaire asking for all of your wedding details, including contact information for your vendors, so I can help them create a photo timeline for the day.

4. prepping for the big day

If you choose to book an engagement session, we’ll go over all the details and schedule a date that works for everyone.

3. schedule your engagement session

You will receive sneak peeks of your breathtaking wedding photos through your online gallery within days of the wedding. The full gallery of your stunningly edited photos will be delivered to you 8-12 weeks later.

6. signed, sealed, delivered!

I’ll be with you every step of the way, capturing the big moments, the smallest details, and everything in between. Just be present and enjoy your day!

why do you have two photographers?

Having a second photographer on the wedding day has a significant impact. It enables them to act as an assistant, leaving the me as the lead photographer free to capture any moment that arises. Additionally, it provides coverage of the cocktail hour and the ability to take candids while the main photographer takes family photos post-ceremony.

how do we get the full Amy Jordan experience?

To ensure a luxury and full-service experience, I limit my availability to 15 weddings per year. My involvement in the wedding planning process allows me to provide my clients with insightful guidance on achieving the wedding images they have always dreamed of.

Have you worked at our venue?

There are numerous venues in the Bay Area that I've had the pleasure of shooting at. Generally, I photograph at estates or wineries, however, if I haven't been to a particular venue, I'm open to a site visit. Should you require a visit, it would be at an additional cost during my off-season.
