We started in downtown Petaluma for a more urban and relaxed look, and then headed to Helen Putnam, where the sky was so golden the entire night. It was gorgeous and Faith’s beautiful dress matched the scenery perfectly!

We originally planned to take photos with the golden gate bridge as our background, but if you know anything about SF, you know Karl the Fog is a frequent and unwanted visitor. The fog was so thick, we couldn’t even see the bridge pillars as we were driving over. Our backup plan worked in our favor though, as almost no one was at Sutro Baths, which is a rare sight! To wrap up the session, we ended at Lovers Lane. I had a blast connecting with these two all night!

This is Emily's family farm in Petaluma and it was such a fun night with these two. We shot their engagement session just a month before their wedding. They brought beer and champagne for props and photos and were ready for a good time!

What a perfect and beautiful day in San Francisco! We had the best weather (it was like 80 degrees!) which is so rare for the city. I love the views of the Golden Gate Bridge in these pictures!

Fun fact: Jake brought his dad's shirt that he wore during his engagement photos. How fun and memorable is that? He only wore it for a few photos, but I love the tradition started here!

Alison and Doug were full of fun, flirty, and outgoing energy. I could’ve shot their engagement session all night long!

Stephanie's beautiful white, flowy dress was the perfect addition to these golden hills. These two are the sweetest souls and it was so easy to photograph their love.

Lauren and Kevin have been lifelong friends and I was honored when they asked me to photograph their engagement session. Lauren found a local lavender field that she wanted her engagement session to be at and it was the perfect setting to capture their engagement photos!

We loved how their photos turned out. From the first time we met Amy for our engagement shoot, we felt comfortable with her. She is friendly, fun, and professional. We’ve never been naturals in front of the camera, and we wanted photos — for the engagement shoot and the wedding — that felt like a genuine representation of our love and relationship. Amy helped us be at ease, have fun, and she captured all the sweet moments. At the wedding, Amy felt like a friend, who we enjoyed spending time with on our special day. The photos turned out AMAZING — even better than we could have hoped. Amy had a quick turnaround time for both sneak peaks and the full album. Before we knew it, we were reliving our perfect day through her breathtaking photos.”

Those bridesmaid dresses might just be my favorite of all time! And I definitely teared up when Maddy’s brother sang to them during the reception.

Jordan & Tyler waited two years to have their reception celebration with friends & family. I can still hear Jordan singing Taylor Swift and dancing the night away with her bridesmaids!

Every girl needs a pair of Louboutins on her wedding day. Am I right?! During sunset photos, the sprinklers went off and we were just inches away from getting soaked - so glad we weren't in the middle of it!

This was a beautiful day full of thoughtful details and delicious food. Talia's family owns Insalatas restaurant in Marin so the entire day was centered around food!

Alison & Doug are huge fans of the movie Up, so they just had to incorporate it into their wedding details. Tell me it's not the cutest thing!

Cody’s green suit and Remy's sleek wedding gown are why I’m hiring these two as my stylists! Plus ice cream for dessert? They know how to please this photographer!

After finding Amy and stalking her Instagram then subsequently chatting with her live, we knew we had booked the right person. For my husband and I who have never done professional photos before, Amy put us at ease immediately. Amy delivered our final wedding photos EARLY. Cue: shock again and extreme thankfulness that I may be able to deliver my mom’s Mother’s Day gift on time. ;) If you’re looking for a beautifully shot, edited, communicative, all round good person in your photographer, look no further than Amy. We are excited to follow her journey and will most likely be hoping to book her again when the need arises.”
